Bruce I. Wiener Shareholder

Mr. Wiener is a Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education, Certified Real Estate Lawyer who practices in the areas of transactional real estate law, commercial and acreage lending and land use and development law. Mr. Wiener represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of commercial, office, multifamily, acreage and timberland property and provides closing services and title insurance through certain underwriters for these types of transactions. Mr. Wiener's lender representation includes: the preparation of loan documentation for financing the acquisition of or refinancing loans involving commercial, office, multifamily, acreage and timberland property; the preparation of loan documents for construction and development projects; performing due diligence investigations with respect to collateral, including the review of title, survey, land use entitlement, environmental, leasing and related matters; handling loan modifications and workouts; and all facets of the process of the transfer of a development project to a new owner and borrower. Mr. Wiener also represents developers and other land owners with respect to the permitting and development of their property, from the initial permitting stage to the actual sale of the completed development or components thereof. Such representation also typically includes assisting the developer with the creation of covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements for the contemplated project. Mr. Wiener has closed transactions involving property in many North Florida counties and has represented buyers, sellers, real estate development companies and lenders throughout North Florida as well as other parts of Florida.
