Mr. Wadsworth's practice is primarily focused on representing property owners in connection with eminent domain takings by various state and local condemning authorities, including both direct and inverse condemnation actions. Mr. Wadsworth also practices in the area of general real estate law, representing individual and corporate clients in the purchasing, selling, leasing, and developing of commercial properties. Mr. Wadsworth acts as a closing/title agent and, in connection therewith, issues title insurance commitments and title insurance policies as an agent for First American Title Insurance Company.
