Amanda H. Anderson Associate

Mrs. Anderson's practice is focused on the areas of transactional real estate law and commercial lending work. She represents developers, owners, lenders, borrowers and large and small businesses in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and development of real property. Mrs. Anderson has represented developers of residential and commercial projects in all stages of the development, including acquisition and financing of the land, platting of the property, preparing project documentation, including prospectuses, restrictions, and filings for condominiums, subdivisions, and mixed-use projects, and submitting the property to the condominium form of ownership or establishing subdivision restrictions for the property. Mrs. Anderson also represents borrowers, institutional lenders and private lenders in negotiating and documenting loan transactions, including real estate and asset based lending, construction financing, permanent lending, loan workouts and debt restructuring.
